30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

How to Request a Refund

The process is simple. Here's exactly what to do:

    Email us within 30 days of purchase

    Send a message to sadie@goodostudios.com from the email address you used to purchase. Subject line: "Refund Request."

    Include your order details

    Include your order number or the email address used at checkout. This helps us locate your purchase quickly.

    We'll confirm and process

    We'll confirm receipt within one business day and initiate the refund through Stripe. You don't need to explain why -- though feedback is always welcome.

    Refund appears in 5-10 business days

    Once processed, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Eligible Purchases

Our 30-day guarantee applies to:

  • Individual skill purchases
  • Complete skill bundles
  • Script Desk sessions (prorated refund for unused scripts in your desk)

Processing Timeline

Once we initiate a refund:

  • You'll receive an email confirmation from us within 1 business day
  • Stripe processes the refund within 2 business days
  • Your card issuer typically applies the credit within 5-10 business days
  • Total time from request to card credit: typically 7-12 business days

Script Desk Refunds

For monthly membership subscribers:

  • Cancel anytime through your account settings at /account
  • Cancellation stops future billing immediately
  • Refund requests within 30 days of any charge will be honored in full
  • Access to membership content continues until the end of your paid billing period

Exceptions

We keep exceptions to a minimum. We will decline a refund request only if:

  • The request is received more than 30 days after the original purchase date
  • The account has been flagged for abuse (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding, sharing purchased content)

If you're outside the 30-day window but have a genuine issue with a product, email us anyway. We'll do our best to make it right.
